We approach diversity, equity, and inclusion as the critical business practice it is, designing strategies that drive change at a structural level while equipping individuals to create more inclusive cultures every day. |
Moving Beyond helped Cascade Public Media’s Board of Directors align, inspire, and motivate our organization, our donors, and the communities we serve around Diversity, Equity & Inclusion principles. Through a transformational journey guided by Jess and Aparna, our Board rose to a higher level of awareness, participation and relevance. We grew as a governing board, and as individuals.

Jessica and Aparna have worked with our complex DEI initiative with the utmost care, understanding, and grounding approaches. The individual skills that they each bring to the table help us to connect with a team of nearly 7,000 employees and independent contractors in a way that is not only professional, but also compassionate. We have enjoyed working with them and look forward to their continued guidance and expertise as we jointly advance Windermere’s ambitious initiatives.
