Moving Beyond supports mission driven businesses integrate and operationalize diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). We believe in moving beyond DEI as episodic events and instead embrace cross disciplinary approaches to accelerating impact. We bring dynamic learning systems, the use of thoughtful data driven approach to gauge progress, and build clear impact pathways to scale equity.
Moving Beyond was created in 2018 as an initiative, in response to the challenge in the ecosystem of operationalizing DEI in and throughout the core work of organizations. We are a collective of practitioners spanning a range of expertise—including strategic planning, measurement and evaluation, training, facilitation, coaching, and adult learning systems.
Our approach is uniquely cross-disciplinary—bringing together assessment, action learning, and coaching to drive strategy. Learn more below.
